Uses 12 energy points on the body that are derived from ancient acupressure. Each point represents key beliefs that give you valuable information about how you are limiting yourself in a given situation. These points make beliefs easy to access and easy to change.

This PSYCH-K process is designed to release stress surrounding a specific situation or from something that has happened in the past.

This PSYCH-K balance can help you release and transform personal issues with others and better understand the lessons and gifts to be learned in your relationship with them.
Life Bonding Balance
The ‘trauma of birth’ and the ‘fear of death’ are two powerful aspects of human experience. By directing breath back and forth between two power points in the body, you can release stress associated with the birth and death experience.
Sarrogate Balancing
A PSYCH-K process for creating change from a distance. Sarrogation uses a substitute person for muscle testing and balancing in the absence of the person for whom the change work is being done. Sarrogation can be effectively used to help friends, family and even animals.
